Its ancient hamlets perched above the crystal-clear waters of the sea (Portovenere and the Cinque Terre can also be reached by ferryboat), its mild climate and its thriving vegetation all make it an ideal location year round. The apartment, besides having access from the main entrance to the villa (divided into three floors, where the owners live as well as another family), also has a private entrance from the garden, which is for the exclusive use of the guests, and a very well-kept green lawn, many flowering plants and a romantic patio covered with jasmine, perfect for unforgettable dinners while admiring the breathtaking panorama that stretches from Portovenere, the islands of Palmaria and Tino, to the castle of Lerici: a special place which will offer you the pleasure of many stupendous sunsets. The living quarters include a pretty kitchen open to the elegant dining room with panoramic windows and a living room area that overlooks the garden; the sleeping quarters have comfortable, simple furnishings. An added bonus, which will certainly be appreciated, is a second kitchen that is completely equipped and is hidden in a corner of the garden (where you will also find a convenient bathroom complete with shower, perfect for using on your return from the beach) with a small window, from where you can enjoy a nice panorama while cooking. The beaches and the centre of Lerici are just about a five minute walk away (the last 100 m when reaching the house are along a narrow, uphill road).
