This attractive old villa lies in a splendid panoramic position, and from the terraces and gardens you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the sea below and of Positano, one of the best-known places on the Amalfi Coast. The nearest stone and pebble beach is about 300 metres away and you reach it down a stairway of 350 steps; the beach at Positano and its picturesque town centre are about 2 kms away and can easily be reached by car or a bus service that passes every 30 minutes. A large and well-tended garden of 1500 sq. metres surrounds the house and the entire property is 3500 sq. metres, all completely enclosed. There is a large furnished sunbathing terrace with an external shower. Access to the villa is only on foot along a stair and a path of about 200 metres starting from the main road where you can park the car (this is a pay parking space and must be booked in advance) in a private car park about 300 metres away, and from there a hoist starts that will carry your luggage straight to the villa. Included in the price are: a domestic for 3 hours daily for 6 days a week and change of bed- and bath-linen during the week, preparation of breakfast on request (products not included). On request and to be paid on the premises: a cook can be booked for lunches and dinners, and transfers to and from the airport can be organized. The villa can be booked for 11 or 7 people adding to the villa two single-room apartments next door both consisting of 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower. The furnishings consist mostly of period furniture. Laundry service. A third single-room apartment is occasionallly occupied by the person who looks after the house.
Just 500 metres away there are food shops and within 2 kms you will find all kinds of shops (Positano), Amalfi 15 kms, Sorrento 16 kms, Naples 65 kms.
